VANCOUVER — Vancouver's house prices could fall a further five per cent before 2013 is over, a panel of real estate experts said Tuesday.

spring market part 2

just got some statistics from my office that sales are down somewhat form the same time period in 2007; buyers can finally take more time before making a decision in buying a place for fear of losing it to someone else. THis is positive as it will lead us to a more balanced market.
